I've always gleefully posted moose photos on my blogs with a sort of "Isn't this cool?" attitude. There's an entirely different side to moose encounters, however, that Canadian musher Karen Ramstead and her handler experienced the other night on the trail system in Willow. Here's her account of an encounter with a moose that was in a bad mood and determined to take it out on someone. Frightening.
